While pursuing a keto lifestyle, the idea is to do away with sugar cravings altogether (and this includes using artificial sweeteners like aspartame that has had some bad press). However, being able to still enjoy ‘sweet treats’ one in a while may be essential to the sustainability of the lifestyle for some people. I created this DESSERTS category because Funnyman is one of those people. I always have a few great options at hand and I use a fabulous, natural sweetener called erythritol which has no impact on blood sugar. My favourite brand is called ‘Swerve‘ – and it tastes fabulous!
