This category is similar to the SIDE DISHES category, except that it only lists the recipes that contain no meat at all. Note: It is not a vegan category because dairy and egg still feature, and in many cases Parmesan. (If chicken stock shows up in any of the recipes below, simply replace it with vegetable stock, and if lard is used to fry, use an alternative fat of your choice)
