These creamy lollies were made with yogurt and cream and enhanced with the lovely flavour of orange blossom. I added a little orange food colouring, but that is entirely optional. These lollies come in at only 3.6g carbs per serving, and Funnyman is still happily plowing through them and still losing pounds…

Orange Blossom Yogurt Lollies (Low-carb)

Creamy yogurt lollies made with the lovely flavour of orange blossom. Each lolly (using a 100ml / 3.4 fl. oz capacity lolly mould) comes in at only 3.6g carbs.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt, cream and Swerve® confectioner’s sweetener in a large bowl and mix until full combined.
  • Add the orange blossom and food colouring (if using) and mix in well.

  • Pour the mixture into 6 ice lolly moulds (100ml / 3.4 fl. oz) in capacity.
  • Click the lid/stick in place of each one, and place in the freezer overnight.
  • Transfer the popsicles to the fridge 30 minutes before eating or simply run hot water on the outside of the mould to make it easier to slide out.
