“Potted shrimp is brown shrimp set in a flavoured butter. I used ground mace (in place of nutmeg) and added a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra kick! Delicious spread it over slices of toasted Quick Keto Chia Bread. Be sure to remove it from the fridge a while before you enjoy it to make for an easier spread. The Quick Keto Chia Bread is excluded from the macros, as you likely have your favourite low carb bread. However, if you need some inspiration, visit the Breads section on the site – I have plenty of easy ideas there! ” – Monya
