Potted shrimp as you know is simply brown shrimp set in a flavoured butter. I used a little ground mace (in place of the traditional nutmeg) and added a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra kick. Spread it over slices of toasted Quick Keto Chia Bread and you have a yummy little meal – full of fat and flavour. Be sure to remove the potted shrimp from the fridge a while before you enjoy this to make for an easier spread and better mouthfeel. The Quick Keto Chia Bread (pictured) has been excluded from the macros, as you likely have your favourite version of keto bread by now.
