“I blogged about Lo-Dough® (a UK product) a while ago and the delicious Salami Pizzas Funnyman enjoyed. One night I attempted a pita bread – and they turned out fantastic. If you want to make it a more substantial meal, add some good-quality prosciutto after baking.” – Monya

By restricting carbohydrates, the body turns to fat stores for energy, promoting fat burning and weight loss. This process can also help stabilise blood sugar levels, making it an effective strategy for managing conditions like diabetes.

Furthermore, the availability of gluten-free bread options, like Lo-Dough, has made it easier for individuals to embrace a low-carb lifestyle. These kinds of products offer a viable solution for those seeking to reduce carb intake that may not have the time to bake or make their own.

In this recipe idea, I crisp up the portions and they can be enjoyed as is or topped with deli meats.
