I created this category for several reasons. Some visitors are inspired by grain-free breads, others are simply trying to shave off carbs. I also bear in mind that some readers can get away with a meal that comes in between 10-20g carbs per serving, especially when they are highly active, intermittent fasting or only eating one-meal-a-day (OMAD). To sum up, the recipes in this category all fall between 10-20g carbs per serving, with most below 15g carbs. This is still very low, so keep pushing – you are doing great!
