“A beautifully-rich keto Hollandaise (with just the right amount of acidity) is so much easier to make than you think. Here is a quick example to whip up and enjoy over eggs Benedict. Or, in the case of one of my recipes here on Fats of Life where I created an Eggs Benedict using smoked salmon instead (far posher).” – Monya

More on Keto Hollandaise Sauce…
Homemade hollandaise sauce is a delightful culinary creation that combines the rich, creamy goodness of butter with the luscious texture and flavour of eggs. It’s a classic French sauce often used to accompany dishes like asparagus, or steamed vegetables.

FOLLOW MONYA:
Hollandaise sauce is known for its velvety-smooth texture and rich, buttery flavour. When properly made, it’s creamy, slightly tangy, and has a hint of lemony brightness. It’s a luxurious addition to any dish.
Eggs are an excellent source of high-quality protein, containing all the essential amino acids your body needs. They are rich in vitamins like B12, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid, which are important for energy production and overall health.
Eggs are also a good source of essential minerals such as selenium and phosphorus. They are one of the best dietary sources of choline, a nutrient important for brain health and the formation of cell membranes.

It is important to note that to maintain ketosis, it’s essential to track carbohydrate intake and ensure it aligns with your daily macro goals. Consulting with a healthcare professional is advised before making significant dietary changes.
