“These Christmas snow bombs are delicious sweet treats to have kicking about in the fridge this season if you need a convenient, high-fat snack. They must be stored in the fridge, but you will be happy to know that they freeze well too. So, you may as well make a double batch! Season’s Greetings, everyone!” – Monya

“These are super simple little creamy sweet fat pots. I tope them with tart raspberries to cut through the rich creaminess. The recipe makes 4 small pots and can be done in ramekins, but I used little plastic pots which I found on amazon. (Ignore the product description that says they are disposable – I wash and re-use them.) Simply wrap in clingfilm and take these babies to work with you! Be sure to check out other Fat Bomb ideas on the site (some are sweet, other are savoury) or check out the Dessert section for great sweet treats!” – Monya

“We just love our butcher here in Berkshire … He hooked me up with some pork skin, so I did the obvious thing … I made pork scratchings. Be sure to use a very sharp knife and work carefully when you slide away the fat. The macros are tricky to calculate, since everyone removes different amounts of fat, but the carbs remain zero whichever way you like your porkies.” – Monya
